  1. Sure there was some booing but the cheers were louder. Just think, you only have to endure 91 more months of President Obama.

  2. The “Thousand Year Rap” may not prove as durable as some may think.

Harry Reid is already seen as dead meat for reelection.

  3. Well let’s put it this way. I don’t blame the people that boooed him. Those are the people that know that he is not cut out for this job, maybe he can do a better job as a talk show host. But the president of the US? He is experimenting on our economy, our security, our foreign relations, our life and our future generations. It is a hit or miss trial. I see it like he is on the job training. On the other hand, the people that clapped and celebrated that BO is throwing the first pitch in America’s favorite pass time, I don’t know about that. Too much photo op. Too much obama on the internet and the media. I think he should stop his politics and really… he needs to do his job well or he is done. I think all of this things that has happened to this man has swelled up his head too much. He enjoy too much camera around him, he is portrayed by the media as god as in small letters. I hope he does not think the opposite (as in capital letters) OMG that is scary!

  4. Sorry if I am asking a stupid question, but were the numerous people booing the same ones as the standing ovation? I just hear a roaring crowd, and can’t really tell if there is more cheering than booing (it was much easier with the previous president). I can sure see in this (and other videos) the number of people standing though.

  5. I have the same reaction, Lisa Sue, as I could hear no booing, only cheering, and learned of the booing only when disgruntled, desperate political opponents tried to make a story out of it. And then we have the “sissy pitch” moniker, and the “mom jeans” — how more silly and petty can these idiots get yet?

  6. So what? I’m sure that every president who threw out a ball at any baseball game was met with cheers and boos. I heard more cheering than booing. But come on. Bush was booed the at the last pitch he threw out. I’m sure Clinton was booed, Bush I, Reagan, etc. Hell even Palin was booed at that hockey game appearance.

  7. “Sissy pitch” is code for a short throw. Rush is talking about it. Only folks who were in the stands know for sure, but word on talk radio is Obama’s pitch was in the dirt.

State run media has covered it up, but too many people were there with cameras. The true story will come out.

Nevada’s murmuring mannequin is in trouble? Well, how about that ….

And who knows, even our wise Latina may not last forever, by the looks of her face. Obviously that diet of pickle brine and cheese, or whatever it is she is injecting under her skin, is not entirely agreeing with her.

Another year or two and you’ll think you are looking at an image of Henry Miller.

On MSN.com there was film clip from FOX Sports. It hit three feet in front of the plate.
